More Than Just a Gym
Eclipse uses personal training methodology in various ways to help you reach your goals. We assist with goal setting, exercise, and nutrition education with a personal trainer along with using medical grade technology to ensure results are objectively validated.
Here are the progressive levels of our personal training approach:
First, we offer a FREE ORIENTATION PROGRAM to every member. Our program provides the basic exercise and nutrition knowledge to get you started. See Membership Page for details.
Second, our 8 WEEK SMART START PROGRAM is for members who are ready to commit to a minimum of twice a week scheduled exercise programs. Member meets with Personal Trainer to set goals and get strength/cardio equipment instruction along with a written program to follow. On your scheduled days, a personal trainer is available for questions/assistance. You receive an InBody Body Composition Test at the inception of your program, and at 4 and 8 weeks. Lastly, our ONE-ON-ONE or SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING yields the BEST results! It's cost-effective, too, because it give you the life-long knowledge of how it all works and and helps you understand the benefits of exercise and nutrition.
